Cockahoop is committed to making work which connects individuals and communities and helps to build a better society for us all to live in. We aim to be inclusive and accessible, but also provocative and challenging.
Our participation work engages diverse people creatively and enables difficult and productive conversations. We try to capture these conversations in moments, through dicussions, workshops and performances.

We are particularly interested in bringing together people whose voices are undervalued in society with others who have more privilege and power. We want our participation work to include policy makers, experts by profession and experts by experience.
We are indebted to the people who participate in our projects. Their creativity and generosity inform our creative thinking. Our work and lives grow because of their engagement.
